Anna Søgaard

Anna Søgaard is a Danish designer specializing in crafting functional wooden objects that explore the interaction between users and everyday items. Her work focuses on minimalist designs such as boxes, trays, crates, and frames, emphasizing the sensory qualities of materials. One notable creation is the “Cabinet on Wheels,” inspired by the mobility of items in shared workspaces, reflecting on daily needs and consumption habits.

She earned her BA and MA in Furniture and Object Design from Royal Danish Academy – Architecture, Design, Conservation in 2021. Her studio and workshop is located in a creative area in Copenhagens Amager’s district.
